Students may submit two preferences for courses in their application to CBS.ÌýApplicants are advised to submit 2-3 courses on their application for credit form for faculty assessmentÌýcredit in case of course cancellation.Ìý
Credit equivalentÌý
7.5 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. Maximum of 2 UQ Units if 7.5 ECTS are successfully completed in the 3-Week Session (pending UQ faculty approval).ÌýMaximum of 4 UQ Units if 15 ECTS are successfully completed in the 6-Week Session (pending UQ faculty approval).

Eligibility and application
All applicants must meet theÌýUQ short-term experience eligibility criteriaÌý²¹²Ô»å theÌý.Ìý
The 6-week course impacts UQ semester 2 teaching dates. UQ students must meet the additionalÌýspecial conditions for programs that impact teaching dates.
If you intend to undertake your experience for-credit, it is strongly recommended that you submit your application to the Global Experiences Team at least 4 weeks before applying to the host to allow sufficient time for faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note however that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.Ìý
*Applicants from UQ should follow the application instructions for Ìý²¹²Ô»å notÌýExchange. Applications to the host are also assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.Ìý
Cost
The participation mode of this experience isÌýStudy Abroad, meaning you pay tuitionÌýdirectly to the host.ÌýTuition for the programÌýwill costÌýapproximately $2,660ÌýAUD for undergraduate courses and $3,260ÌýAUD for postgraduate courses.

OS-HELP loan applications can’t be accepted:
- any earlier than 6 monthsÌýbefore the official start date of your overseas study
- any later thanÌý3 monthsÌýbefore the official end date of your overseas study.
