Students planning international travel should regularly monitor DFAT听听and the听听飞别产蝉颈迟别.
UQ strongly recommends that students do not travel to, or transit through, locations rated 鈥淒o not travel鈥� or 鈥淩econsider your need to travel鈥�,听due to security risks,听disruption听and insurance limitations.听
Where a destination听remains听approved, but a student chooses to transit via such locations against advice, UQ support and insurance apply only to the approved experience and destination, not to the student鈥檚 travel routing.听
Students听are responsible for听reviewing flight routes and keeping their travel details up to date.听

Short-Term Study deadlines
Application for Short-term Study in UQ鈥檚 Winter break:
Open: 28 November (for Winter of the following year)
Close: 14 April (for Winter of the same year)
Application for Short-term Study in UQ鈥檚 Summer break:
Open: 15 July (for Summer of the same year)
Close: 24 September (for Summer of the same year)
OS-HELP Loan application deadlines close before the Summer and Winter Short-Term Study application deadlines. Please visit the for deadline dates as late applications will not be accepted.
