Credit equivalentÌý
3 ECTS = 2 UQ Units. You will be able to choose a maximum of one course per session. A maximum of 4ÌýUQ Units if 6 ECTS are successfully completed across two sessions (pending UQ faculty approval).Ìý

Eligibility and application
All applicants must meet the UQ short-term experience eligibility criteria and theÌý
Please note that BEL Students must submit 2-3 courses on their application for credit form for faculty credit assessment. All other applicants are also advised to submit 2-3 courses for assessment in case of course cancellation.Ìý
If you intend to undertake your experience for-credit, it is strongly recommended that you submit your application to Global Experiences at least 4 weeks before applying to the host to allow sufficient time for faculty to complete the credit assessment. Please note, however, that it is your responsibility to meet the host application deadline.
Cost
The participation mode of this experience isÌýStudy Abroad, meaning you pay tuitionÌýdirectly to the host.ÌýTuition only will be approximately $6,085 - $10,260 AUD depending on the number of courses undertaken.

Accommodation
is not included in the program tuition.ÌýHowever, IE has agreements with various student residences located near campus. Prices range from 600€ / $1045 AUD to 1000€ / $1,740 AUD (for two weeks), depending on the type of room, the services included, and the residence's location.ÌýÌý
