So you've decided you want to apply for a short-term study experience!
Before you start the application, it is important to review the following information to help you understand how a global study experience can connect to your studies, what your best experience options may be, and how to prepare an application!
4. Short-term Study Workflow
Once your application has been submitted, you will be able to access your StudentHub workflow.听The workflow is used to complete all the next steps in the application and experience preparation process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you complete each step by the required deadline.

Please be aware that steps in the process are staggered and you will get access to the next step as you progress through the workflow. Some of these steps may require administrative review by the the Global Experiences team, so keep an eye on your UQ student email account for updates.
Short-Term Study deadlines
Application for Short-term Study in UQ鈥檚 Winter break:
Open: 28 November (for Winter of the following year)
Close: 14 April (for Winter of the same year)
Application for Short-term Study in UQ鈥檚 Summer break:
Open: 15 July (for Summer of the same year)
Close: 24 September (for Summer of the same year)
